In order to properly provide these Services, ATW Immigration collects personal data. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform clients, hereinafter referred to as the “Client(s),” about the means implemented to collect, consult, process, and store users’ personal data. ATW Immigration, acting as the data controller, undertakes to comply with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) relating to the protection of personal data.

  • Where applicable, a copy of an identity document


Article 4 – Service Providers with Access to Personal Data

Within the limits of their respective responsibilities and for the purposes outlined in Article 3, the following individuals or entities may have access to user data:

  • Authorized personnel within ATW Immigration departments (administration, accounting, logistics, and IT services)

  • Where applicable: courts, mediators, accountants, auditors, lawyers, bailiffs, debt collection agencies, police or gendarmerie authorities in case of theft or judicial requisition, emergency services

  • Third parties likely to place cookies on users’ devices (computers, tablets, mobile phones) when the user consents


Article 5 – Users’ Rights Regarding Their Personal Data

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, any individual using the ATW Immigration website has the following rights:

  • The right of access, rectification, and deletion of collected data

  • The right to object to the processing of their data

  • The right to restrict processing

  • The right to data portability

Article 6 – Transfer of Data Outside the European Union

ATW Immigration does not transfer any personal data outside the European Union.

Article 7 – Data Retention Period

User data will not be retained longer than strictly necessary for the purposes stated in this policy, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Data used for prospecting purposes may be retained for a maximum period of three years from the closure of the user’s account or the last contact with the prospect. User data will be deleted once the retention period has expired.
However, data may be archived beyond the planned retention period for the purposes of establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims, particularly in the context of criminal proceedings, solely to allow such data to be made available to judicial authorities if necessary. Archiving implies that such data will be anonymized and no longer accessible online, but stored separately on a secure and independent medium.

Article 8 – Security of Collected Personal Data

ATW Immigration and its potential subcontractors undertake to implement all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data processing and the confidentiality of data, in accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the GDPR.
In this regard, ATW Immigration takes all appropriate precautions, considering the nature of the data and the risks associated with processing, to preserve the security of the data and, in particular, to prevent them from being distorted, damaged, or accessed by unauthorized third parties.

Article 9 – Connection Data and Cookies

When browsing the website, information relating to the user’s device navigation (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) may be recorded through files called “cookies.” Cookies make it possible to monitor browsing activity or analyze user behavior.
